For Boscov’s own manufactured merchandise and certain special buys, a Ticketed price may also be a price that Boscov’s establishes for a different but comparable item of essentially similar grade, quality and quantity offered by principal retail outlets in the area. The Ticketed price of an item may not have resulted in actual sales and may not have been in effect during the past 90 days.
